How fast is my VPS set up?
VPS are set up automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes. Your login details are sent by email.
Where are your servers located?
All servers are in Frankfurt, Germany, one of the best-connected internet hubs in Europe. Every VPS gets a dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64.
Which operating systems can I install?
Popular Linux distributions such as Ubuntu and Debian, and Windows Server 2019 or newer. You can also mount your own ISO and reinstall at any time from the control panel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, and cryptocurrency (for example USDT and Bitcoin) through Heleket. Payments are processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies, which are linked at the bottom of every page.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your order date, for all payment methods. Just open a ticket within 7 days.
Is the $1 Server really $1 per month?
Yes. The $1 Server is billed $12 per year, which is $1 per month, and renews at the same price. It includes 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 10 GB SSD, a 1 Gbps port, 1 TB traffic and a dedicated IPv4 plus IPv6.
What happens if I use up my monthly traffic?
Your server keeps running, and its speed is limited to 625 Kbps until the next month. There are no extra charges. If you need more traffic, you can upgrade to a larger plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Open a ticket and we will move your VPS to a larger plan; you only pay the price difference.
Do coupons apply to renewals?
Yes. The coupon codes shown on our plans are recurring, so the discounted price also applies when your plan renews. Our order links apply them automatically.
Can I get extra IPv4 addresses?
Yes, extra IPv4 addresses cost $1.50 per IP per month.
Can I send email from my VPS?
Mail ports (25, 465, 587) are blocked by default to prevent spam. Open a ticket with your use case and we will unblock them.
Can I run a VPN or reseller service?
Yes. OpenVPN, WireGuard and reselling VPN access are allowed, with no user limit. Anything illegal is not allowed.
Do you offer backups?
We do not offer a backup service, so please keep your own backups of important data.
Can I set reverse DNS (PTR)?
Yes. You can set reverse DNS for your IP addresses yourself in the control panel.
What is not allowed on your servers?
Anything illegal, including spam, phishing, attacks on other networks and copyright infringement. Everything else is allowed.
